Know Your Customer (KYC) Procedure

To All Valued NearPlus Members,
In complying to e-commerce guideline and regulation, prevention on money laundering, to enhance security and to protect welfare of all our valued members, we hereby announce that the KYC procedure will be implementing effective 1/2/2018.
1. All user ID must be registered using the full name as per Identity Card/Passport, supported strictly by valid Identity card/Passport. Only Individual personal name is allowed for user ID registration, not business entity.
2. Bank account holder name must be the same as per registered name, kindly fill up all bank information, any incompatible and/or invalid account information might hinder withdrawal process.
3. Each person is allowed to own/register for 7 userID accounts only in maximum. If you are currently holding more than 7 user accounts, kindly transfer and consolidate into 7 main accounts only.
4. There will be a “Successful Verified” button in every NearPay account and only verified User ID can transact eCash and submit for withdrawal.
5. The verification processing time will be 2 working days, kindly manage your document submission properly and allowed for sufficient times for processing, to minimize the downtime on your NearPay transaction.
The KYC submission page will be ready on 1/2/2018 at www.nearplus.biz.
We understand that there might be some inconveniences on the implementation of KYC process, but please be ensured that this is for the benefits of all members, for better security and welfare protection.

2) For member joined after 20/12/2017, the open wallet released is 30% everytime.

Withdrawal Process Procedure

Dear All,
Kindly note that all Withdrawal request from NearPay will be processed on every Monday, and money will be credited into respective payment method selected (bank account or debit card) in 3 working days, latest by Thursday of the week.
Any withdrawal request submitted after the cut off time at 12:00hrs server time, and thereafter will only be processed in the following week.
